Finances

Students
Registration fee
Students from member schools – £290.00.
Students from non-member schools – £325.00.
Students from Global Patron schools – £261.00.
Students from host school – £217.50 for first 20, thereafter £290.00.
Registration fees include all workshops, master classes and 2 x theatre performances and meals.
Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt – £12.00.
Airport transfers – £10.00.
Accommodation costs
£35.00 per student per night based on shared accommodation, so £105.00 for three nights.
Total cost per student – local schools
£302.00 (member schools); £337.00 (non-member schools); £273.00 (Global Patron schools); £229.50 (host school).
Total cost per student – overseas schools
£417.00 (member schools); £452.00 (non-member schools); £388.00 (Global Patron schools).
Teachers
Registration fee
£114.00 (cost for 2 x theatre tickets and catering costs).
Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt – £12.00.
Airport transfers – £10.00.
Accommodation costs
£70.00 per teacher per night based on single room accommodation, so £210.00 for three nights.
Total cost per teacher
Local teachers – £126.00.
Overseas teachers – £346.00.
All registration fees, surcharges and accommodation costs (if applicable) will be invoiced once the registration window has closed.
A £500 deposit will be sent with the booking confirmation; this amount will be taken off your final invoice.

Travel & visas

Participants travelling from overseas are advised to arrive into Bangkok by evening on Thursday 5th October 2017 and should not plan to leave the host school until after the last session finishes at 3:00pm on Sunday.
Please arrange travel accordingly.
All participants should fly into Bangkok. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel.
Please note it is the responsibility of teachers and ISTA artists to ensure they have arranged their own visas, as required.
Schools travelling from within Bangkok should arrange transport so that your group can attend the TaPS in full.

ISTA has booked the following hotel for overseas participants and ISTA artists for the nights of the 5th, 6th and 7th October 2017.

Location

Single room rate – £70.00 per person per night – including all taxes and breakfast daily.
Shared room rate – £35.00 per person per night – including all taxes and breakfast daily.
There is free wifi at the hotel.
The hotel is approximately 30 minutes from the host school venue and daily transport will be provided by the host school.
ISTA will be organising accommodation for the ISTA artists, for the nights of the 5th, 6th and 7th October 2017. For any artists staffing both Bangkok and Beijing TaPS we will cover your accommodation for both events and days in between.

Meals

Lunch and dinner will be provided on Friday and Saturday; lunch will be provided on Sunday.
