All information must be submitted by Thursday 26th October 2023.

Travel information is required as part of the registration process. Please have travel details confirmed.

A late registration fee of GBP £200 will be charged for registrations not complete by this date.

Booking and registration processes for festivals

Participants should arrive at the host school for registration by 3:00pm on Thursday 18th January 2023

Participants should not plan to leave the school until after 1:30pm on Sunday 21st January 2023.

Please arrange travel accordingly.

 


Waitlist procedures

Once the maximum number of bookings has been reached the event will display “Waitlist“.
If this happens please email the Event Manager for the festival (listed under Important information on the event webpage) and ask to be added to the waiting list. Please provide the number of students and teachers you wish to reserve in your email.

Student Learners
Members: GBP £250
Non-members: GBP £285
Host organisation: GBP £195 for the first 15 students and GBP £250 for each thereafter.

Educator Chaperones
Member: GBP £80
Non-member: GBP £90

*Registration fees include ISTA t-shirt for all participants

Airport/Train Station Pick-up/Drop off: GBP £10
Accommodation and meals: GBP £260 (nights of the 18th, 19th & 20th January 2024)

Please note

– Once you have submitted a booking form, you will receive a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit invoice for 50% of the registration fees for the number of students you have booked.

– Your place at the event will only be confirmed if we receive payment of your deposit within 21 days.

– You will be invoiced for the remaining 50% of registration fees and any applicable surcharges upon completion of the registration form.

– The remaining registration fees and surcharges will be invoiced once the registration window has closed. By then you should have submitted your registration form.

Travel and visas

All participants will arrive into Chiang Mai International Airport, Thailand

For participants
Participants are responsible for booking their own travel and securing visas for the event.

Please Note:
Festival hosts will arrange a block booking reservation at the accommodation on site.

For adult chaperones
Single rooms will be booked for 3 nights from 18th January 2024

For learners
Shared rooms will be booked for 3 nights from 18th January 2024

Meals

For hotel stay students and all adult chaperones
Please ensure you book breakfast at the hotel.

Lunch will be provided daily at the host school/venue.

Evening meals will be provided at the host school/venue.

If a social meal is to be part of the festival schedule for adult chaperones and ISTA artists this is costed at approximately GBP £30 per person.
