Please note:
We advise that you have your group confirmed and all information collected by 6th March 2020.
Travel information is required as part of the registration process. Please have travel details confirmed by the time the registration window opens.
You should arrive in time to be at the festival venue for the 4:00pm start on Friday 8th May 2020.
You should not plan to leave the festival venue until 4:00pm on Sunday 10th May 2020.
Please arrange travel accordingly.

For artists
You need to arrive in time for an evening meal on Thursday 7th May 2020.
You should not plan to leave the festival venue until after 4:30pm on Sunday 10th May 2020.
The Rep should arrive by evening on Wednesday 6th May 2020.
Please arrange travel accordingly.
Travel information is due by 28th February 2020.


Finances

Students

Registration fees
Students from member schools – GBP £190.
Students from host school – GBP £145.50 for the first 25, thereafter GBP £190.
This includes the cost of an ISTA t-shirt.

Surcharges
Airport transfers – GBP £10.
Excursion – GBP £10.

Please note that there will be an additional surcharge for all students, to be confirmed, to cover the cost of daily transport from the hotel to the school.

Accommodation costs
GBP £34 per student per night based on shared accommodation; GBP £68 for two nights.

Total cost per student
Local member schools – GBP £200.
Non-local member schools – GBP £210 plus accommodation.
Host school – GBP £145.50 for the first 25, thereafter GBP £200.

Teachers/chaperones

Registration fees
Member schools – GBP £50.
Non-member schools – GBP £102.

Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt (optional) – GBP £12.
Airport transfers – GBP £10.
Excursion – GBP £10.

Accommodation costs
GBP £TBC per teacher per night based on single room accommodation; GBP £TBC for two nights.

Total cost per teacher/chaperone
Local member schools – GBP £72.
Non-local member schools – GBP £82 plus accommodation.
Local non-member schools – GBP £124.
Non-local non-member schools – GBP £134 plus accommodation.
Host school – GBP £72.

Please note:
1. A GBP £500 non refundable, non transferable deposit will be invoiced upon booking.
2. A GBP £500 cancellation fee will be invoiced to any school cancelling within 12 weeks from the start of the festival, in addition to the deposit withheld.
3. A GBP £150 late registration fee per school booking will be invoiced to schools if the registrations are received after the registration window has closed.
4. All invoices are payable within 28 days of receipt. If not, places cannot be guaranteed at the festival.


Travel & Visas

All participants will fly into Frankfurt am Main or arrive by train into Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof.

The journey from the airport to the school takes approximately 30 minutes.
The journey from the train station to the school takes approximately 35 minutes.

For schools
You are responsible for booking your own travel and securing visas for the festival.

All schools will be met at the airport by a representative from the host school and taken to the school by bus.
Schools arriving into Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof will either take public transport (very simple and direct) or will be met by a representative from the host school and taken to the school by bus.

For artists
You are responsible for booking your own flights and will work with your EC to provide all information in a timely manner.
Artist teams are launched 12 weeks prior to the festival and all flights must be booked 10 weeks prior to the festival.
You are also responsible for ensuring you have the correct visa.

Artists will be met at the airport by a representative from the host school and taken to the hotel by private transport.

For schools

For teachers/chaperones
Single rooms will be booked for the nights of the 8th and 9th May 2020.

For students
Students will stay in shared rooms at the designated hotel.
Shared rooms will be be booked for 2 nights from 8th May 2020.
Where possible students will be placed in rooms with peers from the same school.
Schools will be invoiced at the time of registration for all accommodation costs.

For artists
Single rooms will be booked for you for 3 nights from Thursday 7th May 2020.
An additional night will be booked for the Rep who will arrive on the 6th May 2020.
You will be responsible for any miscellaneous costs during your stay.


Meals

For schools
Breakfast will be provided at the hotel.
Lunches will be provided daily.
Evening meals are provided at the host school on Friday and Saturday. Evening meal Sunday not included.

For artists
All meals are provided by the host school.
