Registration opens on 10th October 2019.
Registration closes on 24th October 2019.

Please note:
We advise that you have your group confirmed and all information collected by 10th October 2019.
This is a local event and all participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the event. There is no accommodation provided and all participants will need to be collected from the venue at the end of the day.
You should arrive in time to be at the festival venue for 8:30am on Saturday 9th November 2019. The festival will finish at 4:00pm on Sunday 10th November 2019.

For artists
You need to arrive in time for an evening meal on Wednesday 8th November 2019.
You should not plan to leave the festival venue until after 4:00pm on Sunday 10th November 2019.
Please arrange travel accordingly.
Travel information is due by 17th October 2019.

Students

Registration fees
Students from member schools – GBP £160.
Students from host school – GBP £160.

1. A GBP £500 non refundable, non transferable deposit will be invoiced upon booking.
2. A GBP £500 cancellation fee will be invoiced to any school cancelling within 12 weeks from the start of the festival, in addition to the deposit withheld.
3. A GBP £150 late registration fee per school booking will be invoiced to schools if the registrations are received after the registration window has closed.
4. All invoices are payable within 28 days of receipt. If not, places cannot be guaranteed at the festival.
