The theme looks at withstanding storms. Considering our recent global history and current situation, this theme might be one that our young people would benefit greatly from exploring.

This festival is open to local Hong Kong participants only.
Participants should arrive at the host venue by 8:30 am on Friday 24th March to register before the festival opening at 9:00am.
Participants should not plan to leave the school until after 5:30pm on Sunday 26th March 2023.

Please note
All registration fees and surcharges will be invoiced once the registration window has closed.
A non refundable, non-transferable deposit will be sent with the booking confirmation; this amount will be deducted from your final invoice.
The deposit will be as follows:
For bookings of 1 – 10 learners GBP £500.
For bookings of 11 – 15 learners GBP £750.
For bookings of 16 or more learners GBP £1,000.
Please refer to our event terms and conditions for details of late registration/cancellation fees.
Local Travel
Participants will arrange their own travel between their homes and the host venue each day.
If the distance/traffic is a concern, participating organisations will be responsible for arranging their own accommodation near the host venue.
Meals
For participants
Lunch will be provided daily at the host school/venue.
Evening meals will be provided at the host school/venue on the first and second days.
If a social meal is to be part of the festival schedule for adult chaperones and ISTA artists this is priced at approximately GBP £30 per person.
