Important Information

Booking is now open.

The registration window will open on Friday 4th October 2019.
The registration window will close on Friday 18th October 2019.

Travel forms from artists are due on Friday 18th October 2019.

All final information will be available for participants 2-3 weeks prior to the event.

Travel

Participants are advised to arrive into Hong Kong by evening on Thursday 28th November 2019 and should not plan to leave Discovery College before 3:00pm on Sunday 1st December 2019.

Schools attending from Hong Kong will attend from Friday morning through to Sunday afternoon.

Please note:
All international travel should be planned accordingly.
It is the responsibility of the schools/participants/artists to ensure they have the appropriate visas, as required.

Accommodation

Participants from Hong Kong will travel daily.
All overseas schools will need to arrange their own accommodation and transport nearby the school. Please contact your event coordinator for hotel suggestions.

ISTA will book accommodation for ISTA artists for the nights of 28th, 29th and 30th November 2019.

Students

Registration fee

Students from member schools – GBP £300.
Students from non member schools – GBP £335.
Students from host school – GBP £225 for the first 20, thereafter GBP £300.

Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt – GBP £12.
Airport transfers – GBP £10.

Total cost per student
Local member schools – GBP £312.
Non local member schools – GBP £322.
Local non member schools – GBP £347.
Non local non member schools – GBP £357.
Host school – GBP £237.

Teachers

Registration fee
GBP £130 (2 x theatre tickets plus meals at school).

Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt – GBP £12.
Airport transfers – GBP £10.

Total cost per teacher
Local – GBP £142.
Non local – GBP £152.

Please note:
All registration fees and surcharges will be invoiced once the registration window has closed.
A GBP£500 – non refundable, non-transferable deposit will be sent with the booking confirmation; this amount will be deducted from your final invoice.

Meals

Lunches and dinners are provided on the days of the workshop as well as tea/coffee breaks daily. Breakfast will be taken at the hotel for overseas schools and at home for Hong Kong participants.
