Master class

All participants will take part in one 90 minute master class. This will focus on Storytelling with Chris Salisbury.

Theatre

All participants will attend two professional theatre performances. A Storytelling performance by Chris Salisbury and Police Cops in Space by The Pretend Men.

Dates

The workshop starts at 9:00am on Saturday 12th October 2019.
The workshop finishes at 3:00pm on Monday 14th October 2019.

Important dates

Registration is now open
Registration closes 13th September 2019.

Artist travel forms are due 13th September 2019.

Travel

Participants are advised to arrive into Jakarta by evening on Friday the 11th October 2019 and should not plan to leave the host venue until after the last session finishes at 3:00pm on Monday 14th October. Early departures should be avoided, but if incurred will mean ISTA can only issue a certificate of partial attendance.

All artists should plan to fly into Jakarta.

Finances

Fees

Registration fees
Teachers from member schools – GBP £635.
Teachers from non-member schools – GBP £685.
Teachers from host school – 2 free teacher places, excluding surcharges.
Fees include lunches and tea/coffee breaks daily; master class and two theatre tickets.

Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt – GBP £12.
Airport transfers – GBP £10. NB. Airport transfers will only be provided if attending as part of a student group.
Non local member participants daily travel – GBP £20. This will be for daily travel from the hotel to the school and from the school to the theatre.
Local participants – two one way theatre transfers – GBP £10.

Accommodation costs
GBP £65 per teacher per night based on single room accommodation; GBP £195 for three nights.

Teachers from non local member schools (attending as part of a school group) – GBP £857.
Teachers from non local member schools (attending without students) – £847.
Teachers from local non member schools – GBP £707.
Teachers from non local non member schools (attending as part of a school group) – GBP £907.
Teachers from non local non member schools (attending without students) – GBP £897.

Any bookings or amendments taken in the six weeks prior to the workshop will incur an additional GBP £50 late booking/amendments surcharge, subject to availability.

Meals

Lunches and dinners are provided daily along with tea/coffee breaks; breakfast will be taken at the hotel.
