Masterclasses
Students will take part in 2 master classes.
‘As I speak, so I create’ a storytelling master class with Chris Salisbury and Devising comedy with The Pretend Men.
Professional development and learning (PD&L)
We invite all teachers/chaperones not taking part in IB training to take part in two PD&L workshops at no additional cost.
PD&L workshops for teachers will focus on Storytelling and Devising comedy.
Theatre
All participants will attend two professional theatre performances.
The Wounded King and the Water of Life with Chris Salisbury and Police cops in space with The Pretend Men.
Both performances will take place at the host venue.

Important Information
Booking is now open.
The registration window will open on Friday 30th August 2019.
The registration window will close on Friday 13th September 2019.
Travel forms from artists are due on Friday 13th September 2019.
All final information will be available for participants 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
Travel
Participants are advised to arrive into Jakarta by evening on 11th October 2019 and should not plan to leave the venue before 3:00pm on Monday 14th October 2019.
Please note:
All international travel should be planned accordingly.
It is the responsibility of the schools/participants/artists to ensure they have the appropriate visas, as required.
All schools will be met on arrival and transported to the hotel by private bus. Daily transport will also be provided from hotel to school.
Accommodation
ISTA will be booking a hotel near to the host venue. We will book rooms for all participants – single rooms for teachers and shared rooms for students. Schools will be invoiced for accommodation at the time of registration.
ISTA will book accommodation for ISTA artists for the nights of 11th, 12th and 13th October 2019.

Students from member schools – GBP £300.
Students from non member schools – GBP £335.
Students from host school – GBP £225 for the first 20, thereafter GBP £300.
Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt – GBP £12.
Airport transfers – GBP £10.
Non local participants daily travel – GBP £20. This will be for daily travel from the hotel to the school and from the school to the theatre.
Local participants – two one way theatre transfers – GBP £10.
Accommodation costs
GBP £35 per student per night based on shared accommodation; GBP £105 for three nights.

Local member schools – GBP £322.
Non local member schools – GBP £447.

Please note:
All registration fees and surcharges will be invoiced once the registration window has closed.
A GBP£500 – non refundable, non-transferable deposit will be sent with the booking confirmation; this amount will be deducted from your final invoice.
Meals
Lunch and dinners on the days of the workshop will be provided as well as all tea/coffee breaks. Breakfast will be taken at the hotel.
