All participants will fly into Kyiv Boryspil International Airport or Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany).

The journey from Kyiv Boryspil International Airport takes approximately 50 minutes and approximately 30 minutes from Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany).

For schools
You are responsible for booking your own travel and securing visas for the festival.

All schools will be met by a representative from the host school and taken to the school by bus.

For artists
You are responsible for booking your own flights and will work with your EC to provide all information in a timely manner.
Artist teams are launched 12 weeks prior to the festival and all flights must be booked 10 weeks prior to the festival.
You are also responsible for ensuring you have the correct visa.

All artists will be met by a representative from the host school and taken to the school by bus.

Social meal for visiting teachers/chaperones and ISTA artists
The social meal will take place at O’panas which serves traditional Ukranian cuisine. The meal will cost a maximum of GBP £30 (around 945 UAH). Please bring the money in local currency to give to the Rep ahead of the meal.

Please note:
1. A GBP £500 non refundable, non transferable deposit will be invoiced upon booking.
2. A GBP £500 cancellation fee will be invoiced to any school cancelling within 12 weeks from the start of the festival, in addition to the deposit withheld.
3. A GBP £150 late registration fee per school booking will be invoiced to schools if the registrations are received after the registration window has closed.
4. All invoices are payable within 28 days of receipt. If not, places cannot be guaranteed at the festival.

For schools

For teachers/chaperones
Single rooms will be booked for the nights of the 23rd, 24th and 25th January 2020.
ISTA will invoice schools for all accommodation costs at the time of registration.

For students
Students will stay with families from the host school community; there is no additional cost for this.
Housing for students will be provided for 3 nights from 23rd January 2020.

For artists
Single rooms will be booked for you for 4 nights from 22nd January 2020.
An additional night will be booked for the Rep who will arrive on the 21st January 2020.
You will be responsible for any miscellaneous costs during your stay.
