Please note
All information required in the registration forms should be collected before 3rd September 2020.
Travel information is required as part of the registration process. Please have travel details confirmed by the time the registration window opens.
Participants should arrive in time to be at the school for late afternoon on Wednesday 14th October 2020.
Participants should not plan to leave the school until after 5:00pm on Saturday 17th October 2020.
Please arrange travel accordingly.
For artists
Artists need to arrive in time for an evening meal on Tuesday 13th October 2020.
Artists should not plan to leave the school until after 5:30pm on Saturday 15th October 2020.
The Rep should arrive by evening on Monday 12th October 2020.
Please arrange travel accordingly.
Travel information is due by 6th August 2020.

Students
Registration fees
Member schools – GBP £216.
Host school – GBP £165 for the first 20, thereafter GBP £216.
This includes the cost of an ISTA t-shirt.
Surcharges
Airport transfers – GBP £10.
Excursion – GBP £10.
Total cost per student
Local member schools – GBP £226.
Non-local member schools – GBP £236.
Host school – GBP £175 for the first 20, thereafter GBP £226.
Teachers/chaperones
Registration fees
Member schools – GBP £50.
Non-member schools – GBP £102.
Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt (optional) – GBP £12.
Airport transfers – GBP £10.
Excursion – GBP £10.

Local member schools – GBP £72.
Non-local member schools – GBP £82.
Local non-member schools – GBP £124.

Please note
All registration fees and surcharges will be invoiced once the registration window has closed.
A non refundable, non-transferable deposit will be sent with the booking confirmation; this amount will be deducted from your final invoice.
The deposit will be as follows:
For bookings of 1 – 10 students GBP £500.
For bookings of 11 – 15 students GBP £750.
For bookings of 16 or more students GBP £1,000.

Travel and visas
All participants will fly into Malta.
For participants
Participants are responsible for booking their own travel and securing visas for the event.
For artists
Artists are responsible for booking their own flights and will work with the EC to provide all information in a timely manner.
Artist teams are launched 12 weeks prior to the event and all flights must be booked 10 weeks prior to the event.
Artists are also responsible for ensuring they have the correct visa.
Accommodation
ISTA will book a hotel for teachers/chaperones and ISTA artists close to the school.
For teachers/chaperones
Single rooms will be booked for 3 nights from 14th October 2020. We work on a costing of GBP £90 per person per night for adults; including breakfast.
Hotel costs will be confirmed by the end of May 2020.
Teachers/chaperones will be responsible for paying for rooms on arrival. We can make provision for schools to pay hotel bills ahead of time.
For students
Students will stay with families from the host school community; there is no additional cost for this.
Housing for students will be provided for 3 nights from 14th October 2020.
For artists
Single rooms will be booked for artists for 4 nights from 13th October 2020.
An additional night will be booked for the Rep on 12th October 2020.
Artists will be responsible for any miscellaneous costs during their stay.
Meals
For participants
Breakfast will be provided at the hotel or with host families.
Lunches will be provided daily.
Evening meals will be provided either at the host school or with host families.
One evening meal for teachers/chaperones will be the social meal. This is costed at approximately GBP £30 per person.
For artists
All meals are provided by the host school.
