Registration is open.

All information must be submitted by 11th October 2023.

Travel information is required as part of the registration process. Please have travel details confirmed.

A late registration fee of GBP £200 will be charged for registrations not complete by this date. Please see this document for the information required to complete registration.

Please note
Participants should arrive at the host school for registration by 4:00 pm on Sunday 19th November 2023.

Participants should not plan to leave the school until after 2:00 pm on Wednesday 22nd November 2023.

Please arrange travel accordingly.

Registration Fees

Student Learners
All Marymount Schools: GBP £195
Host School: GBP £165 for the first 15 students and GBP £195 for each thereafter.

Educator Chaperones
All Marymount Schools: GBP £65

*Registration fees include ISTA t-shirt for all participants

Surcharges
Cultural Experience: GBP £10

Total cost per student learner
All Marymount Schools: GBP £205
Host School: GBP £175 for the first 15 students and GBP £205 for each thereafter.

Total cost per educator/chaperone
All Marymount Schools: GBP £75

All participants will arrive into, Rome (Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport).

On arrival you will be met by Marymount International School, Rome and transferred to the school.

For participants
Participants are responsible for booking their own travel and securing visas for the event.
