Please note:
We advise that you have your group confirmed and all information collected by 5th December 2019.
Travel information is required as part of the registration process. Please have travel details confirmed by the time the registration window opens.

You should arrive in time to be at the festival venue for:
1. Evening on Wednesday 12th February (if attending the 4 day festival and staying at the hotel).
2. 10am on Thursday 13th February (if attending the 4 day festival and travelling daily or staying at the hotel).
3. Evening on Thursday 13th February (if attending the 3 day festival and staying at the hotel).
4. 9:00am on Friday 14th February (if attending the 3 day festival and travelling daily).
You should not plan to leave the festival venue until after 4:00pm on Sunday 16th February 2020.
Please arrange travel accordingly.

For artists
Artists need to arrive into Nansha by evening on Tuesday 11th February 2020 in time for an evening meal.
The planning day will take place on Wednesday 12th February 2020.
Artists should not plan to leave the festival venue until after 4:30pm on Sunday 16th February 2020.
Please arrange travel accordingly.
Travel information is due by 5th December 2019.

Four day festival:
Visiting students – 3,798 RMB
Host school – 3,228 RMB

Three day festival:
Visiting students – 2,798 RMB

Surcharges
Airport transfers – 90 RMB
Accommodation – 530 RMB per student per night (shared rooms)

Four day festival:
Overseas/visiting students requiring four nights boarding – 6,008 RMB
Overseas/visiting students requiring three nights boarding – 5,478 RMB
Local students, not requiring boarding – 3,798 RMB
Host school – 3,228 RMB

Three day festival:

Teachers/chaperones

Visiting teachers – 1,118 RMB but for every 10 students that a teacher brings, one teacher place will be given.

For teachers/chaperones
Single rooms will be reserved for all teachers/chaperones for the nights of:
12th, 13th, 14th and 15th February 2020 (if attending the 4 day festival).
13th, 14th, 15th, 16th February 2020 (if attending the 3 day festival).

For artists
All artists will stay at the LN Garden Hotel (see details above)
Single rooms will be booked for the nights of 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th February 2020.

Meals


For participants
All meals will be provided for participants staying at the hotel.
For those schools travelling daily, lunch will be provided on the days of the festival.

For artists
All meals will be covered by ISTA for the duration of the festival.
