For schools
Registration opens on 17th January 2020.
Registration closes on 31st January 2020.

Please note:
We advise that you have your group confirmed and all information collected by 17th January 2020.
You should arrive in time to be at the festival venue for 12:30pm on Friday 13th March 2020.
You should not plan to leave the festival venue until after 5:00pm on Sunday 15th March 2020.
Please arrange travel accordingly.
Local schools will attend from Thursday morning onwards.

For artists
You need to arrive in time for an evening meal on Thursday 12th March 2020.
You should not plan to leave the festival venue until after 5:30pm on Sunday 15th March 2020.
The Rep should arrive by evening on Tuesday 11th March 2020.
Please arrange travel accordingly.
Travel information is due by 31st January 2020.


Finances

Students
Registration fees
Students from member schools – GBP £190.
Students from host school – GBP £145.50 for the first 25, thereafter GBP £190.
This includes the cost of an ISTA t-shirt.

Surcharges
Excursion – GBP £10.

Total cost per student
Local member schools – GBP £200.
Host school – GBP £155.50 for the first 25, thereafter GBP £200.

Teachers/chaperones
Registration fees
Member schools – GBP £50.
Non-member schools – GBP £102.

Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt (optional) – GBP £12.
Excursion – GBP £10.

Total cost per teacher/chaperone
Local member schools – GBP £72.
Local non-member schools – GBP £124.
Host school – GBP £72.

Please note:
1. A GBP £500 non refundable, non transferable deposit will be invoiced upon booking.
2. A GBP £500 cancellation fee will be invoiced to any school cancelling within 12 weeks from the start of the festival, in addition to the deposit withheld.
3. A GBP £150 late registration fee per school booking will be invoiced to schools if the registrations are received after the registration window has closed.
4. All invoices are payable within 28 days of receipt. If not, places cannot be guaranteed at the festival.


Travel & Visas

All participants will fly into Singapore Changi airport.

For schools
You are responsible for booking your own daily travel.

For artists
You are responsible for booking your own flights and will work with your EC to provide all information in a timely manner.
Artist teams are launched 12 weeks prior to the festival and all flights must be booked 10 weeks prior to the festival.
You are also responsible for ensuring you have the correct visa.


Accommodation

For schools
No accommodation will be booked for local schools.
You are responsible for organising your own daily travel.
Breakfasts will not be provided.

For artists
ISTA will book rooms for ISTA artists at the following hotel:

Single rooms will be booked for you for 3 nights from 12th March 2020.
An additional night will be booked for the Rep who will arrive on Tuesday 11th March 2020.
You will be responsible for any miscellaneous costs during your stay.


Meals

For schools
Breakfast is not provided.

Lunches will be provided on Saturday and Sunday.

One evening meal for teachers/chaperones will be the social meal. This is costed at approximately GBP £30 per person.

For artists
All meals are provided by the host school.
