Please note:
We advise that you have your group confirmed and all information collected by 12th February 2020.
You should arrive in time to be at the festival venue for the 8:30am start on Thursday 16th April 2020.
You should not plan to leave the festival venue until after 4:00pm on Saturday 18th April 2020.
As this is a local festival – all visiting schools will be responsible for organising transport to TIS daily, ensuring you can attend the festival in full.

For artists
You need to arrive in time for an evening meal on Tuesday 14th April 2020.
You should not plan to leave the festival venue until after 4:00pm on Saturday 18th April 2020.
The Rep should arrive by evening on Monday 13th April 2020.
Please arrange travel accordingly.
Travel information is due by 6th February 2020.


Finances

Students

Registration fees
Students from member schools – GBP £216.
Students from host school – GBP £165 for the first 25, thereafter GBP £216.
This includes the cost of an ISTA t-shirt.

Surcharges
Airport transfers – GBP £10.
Excursion – GBP £10.

Total cost per student
Local member schools – GBP £226.
Non-local member schools – GBP £236.
Host school – GBP £175 for the first 25, thereafter GBP £226.

Teachers/chaperones

Registration fees
Member schools – GBP £50.
Non-member schools – GBP £102.

Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt (optional) – GBP £12.
Airport transfers – GBP £10.
Excursion – GBP £10.

Total cost per teacher/chaperone
Local member schools – GBP £72.
Non-local member schools – GBP £82.
Local non-member schools – GBP £124.
Non-local non-member schools – GBP £134.
Host school – GBP £60.

Please note:
1. A GBP £500 non refundable, non transferable deposit will be invoiced upon booking.
2. A GBP £500 cancellation fee will be invoiced to any school cancelling within 12 weeks from the start of the festival, in addition to the deposit withheld.
3. A GBP £150 late registration fee per school booking will be invoiced to schools if the registrations are received after the registration window has closed.
4. All invoices are payable within 28 days of receipt. If not, places cannot be guaranteed at the festival.


Travel & Visas

For schools
All visiting schools will travel daily to TIS.

For artists
You are responsible for booking your own flights and will work with your EC to provide all information in a timely manner.
Artist teams are launched 12 weeks prior to the festival and all flights must be booked 10 weeks prior to the festival.
You are also responsible for ensuring you have the correct visa.


Accommodation

For schools
No accommodation will be booked for local schools.
You are responsible for organising your own daily travel.
Breakfasts will not be provided.

For artists
Single rooms will be booked for you for 4 nights from 14th April 2020.
An additional night will be booked for the Rep who will arrive on the 13th April 2020.
You will be responsible for any miscellaneous costs during your stay.


Meals

For schools
Breakfasts will not be provided but will be taken at home.
Lunches will be provided.
Evening meals will not be provided.

For artists
All meals are provided by the host school.
