All participants will stay at the Park Hotel, Terezin or Hostel U sv Stepana in Litomerice.

The festival starts at:
9:00am on Friday 13th March 2020.

The festival finishes at:
9:00pm on Sunday 15th March 2020.

Please note:
We advise that you have your group confirmed and all information collected by 10th January 2020.
Travel information is required as part of the registration process. Please have travel details confirmed by the time the registration window opens.
You should arrive into Prague by 4:00pm on Thursday 12th March 2020.
You should not plan to leave the festival venue until morning on Monday 16th March 2020.
Please arrange travel accordingly.

For artists
You need to arrive into Prague by 4:00pm on Wednesday 11th March 2020.
You should not plan to leave the festival venue until morning of Monday 16th March 2020.
Please arrange travel accordingly.
Travel information is due by 3rd January 2020.


Finances

Students

Registration fees
Students from member schools – GBP £216.
This includes the cost of an ISTA t-shirt.

Surcharges
Airport transfers – GBP £26.
Excursion – GBP £10.

Accommodation costs
GBP £31 per student per night based on shared accommodation; GBP £124 for four nights.

Total cost per student
Member schools – GBP £376.

Teachers/chaperones

Registration fees
Member schools – GBP £50.
Non-member schools – GBP £102.

Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt (optional) – GBP £12.
Airport transfers – GBP £26.
Excursion – GBP £10.

Accommodation costs
GBP £51.50 per teacher per night based on single room accommodation; GBP £206 for four nights.

Total cost per teacher/chaperone
Member schools – GBP £304.
Non-member schools – GBP £356.

Please note:
1. A GBP £500 non refundable, non transferable deposit will be invoiced upon booking.
2. A GBP £500 cancellation fee will be invoiced to any school cancelling within 12 weeks from the start of the festival, in addition to the deposit withheld.
3. A GBP £150 late registration fee per school booking will be invoiced to schools if the registrations are received after the registration window has closed.
4. All invoices are payable within 28 days of receipt. If not, places cannot be guaranteed at the festival.


Travel & Visas

All participants should fly into Prague International Airport or arrive into Praha Hlavní Nádraží (main) train station.
The journey from the airport/train station to Terezin will take approximately 1 hour.

For schools
You are responsible for booking your own travel and securing visas for the festival.

For artists
You are responsible for booking your own flights and will work with your EC to provide all information in a timely manner.
Artist teams are launched 12 weeks prior to the festival and all flights must be booked 10 weeks prior to the festival.
You are also responsible for ensuring you have the correct visa.


Accommodation

ISTA will book a hotel for all participants.

For schools

For teachers/chaperones
Single rooms will be booked for 4 nights from 12th March 2020.
For hotel costs please see the Finances section above.

For students
Students will stay in shared rooms at the designated hotel.
Where possible students will be placed in rooms with peers from the same school. Shared rooms will be booked for 4 nights from 12th March 2020.

Schools will be invoiced at the time of registration for all accommodation costs.

For artists
Single rooms will be booked for you for 5 nights from 11th March 2020.
You will be responsible for any miscellaneous costs during your stay.


Meals

For schools
Breakfast will be provided at the hotel.
Lunches will be provided daily.
Evening meals are provided.

For artists
All meals are provided.
