Venue address
The festival will take place in the Park Hotel and at various venues in and around the town of Terezin.

The festival starts at 9:00am on Friday 19th March 2021.
The festival finishes at 9:00pm on Sunday 21st March 2021.

Registration opens 4th December 2020.
Registration closes on 18th December 2020.

Please note
All information required in the registration forms should be collected before 4th December 2020.
Travel information is required as part of the registration process. Please have travel details confirmed by the time the registration window opens.
Participants should arrive into Prague by 4:00m on Thursday 18th March 2021.
Participants should not plan to leave the venue until the morning of Monday 22nd March 2021.
Please arrange travel accordingly.

For artists
Artists need to arrive into Prague by 4:00pm on Wednesday 17th March 2021.
Artists should not plan to leave Terezin until the morning of Monday 22nd March 2021.
Please arrange travel accordingly.
Travel information is due by 8th January 2021.

Finances


Students
Registration fees
Member schools – GBP £216.
This includes the cost of an ISTA t-shirt.

Surcharges
Airport transfers – GBP £27.
Excursion – GBP £10.

Accommodation costs
GBP £TBC per student per night based on shared accommodation; GBP £TBC for four nights.

Total cost per student
Member schools – GBP £253 plus accommodation.

Teachers/chaperones
Registration fees
Member schools – GBP £50.
Non-member schools – GBP £102.

Surcharges
ISTA t-shirt (optional) – GBP £12.
Airport transfers – GBP £27.
Excursion – GBP £10.

Accommodation costs
GBP £TBC per teacher per night based on single room accommodation; GBP £TBC for four nights.

Total cost per teacher/chaperone
Member schools – GBP £99 plus accommodation.
Non-member schools – GBP £151 plus accommodation.

Please note
All registration fees and surcharges will be invoiced once the registration window has closed.
A non refundable, non-transferable deposit will be sent with the booking confirmation; this amount will be deducted from your final invoice.
The deposit will be as follows:
For bookings of 1 – 10 students GBP £500.
For bookings of 11 – 15 students GBP £750.
For bookings of 16 or more students GBP £1,000.

Travel and visas


All participants should fly into Prague International Airport or arrive into Praha Hlavní Nádraží (main) train station.
The journey from the airport/train station to Terezin will take approximately 1 hour.

For participants
Participants are responsible for booking their own travel and securing visas for the event.

For artists
Artists are responsible for booking their own flights and will work with the EC to provide all information in a timely manner.
Artist teams are launched 12 weeks prior to the event and all flights must be booked 10 weeks prior to the event.
Artists are also responsible for ensuring they have the correct visa.

Accommodation


All participants will stay at the Park Hotel in Terezin, it’s sister hotel nearby or at the Hotel U sv Stepana in Litomerice.

For teachers/chaperones
Single rooms will be booked for 4 nights from 18th March 2021.
We work on a costing of GBP £90 per person per night for adults; including breakfast.
Hotel costs will be confirmed by the end of May 2020.

For students
Students will stay in shared rooms at the designated hotel.
Shared rooms will be booked for 4 nights from 18th March 2021.
Where possible students will be placed in rooms with peers from the same school.
Hotel costs will be confirmed by the end of May 2020.

Schools will be invoiced at the time of registration for all accommodation costs.

For artists
Single rooms will be booked for artists for 5 nights from 17th March 2021.
Artists will be responsible for any miscellaneous costs during their stay.

Meals


For participants and artists
All meals for the duration of the festival will be provided.
