Workshop description
What does it mean to be a body of limitless creative impulses, and how can it be accessed? This workshop will cover the dramaturgical basics and fundamentals of the Terzopoulos Method, and its impact on the global theatre community.

Participants will:
- Understand the fundamental ethos, beliefs and elements of the Terzopoulos Method.
- Explore the dramaturgical history of the Attis Theatre, and its consequent history of the method and its relevance in the global theatre world today.
- Be introduced to the structure of the training method.
- Engage with the elements and building blocks to the targeted outcome of the method.

About your workshop leader
Reggie Yip
Reggie Yip is a Hong Kong Chinese performer, creator and theatre practitioner/educator with a background in Experimental and Physical Theatre. She holds a degree in Acting from the California Institute of the Arts. Having led workshops with students of all ages, she uses a variety of methods and techniques to empower students to create and engage their imagination.
She is an official practitioner/instructor of the Terzopoulos Method by Theodoros Terzopoulos of The Attis Theatre (Athens/Greece). She has been steadfast in integrating the Terzopoulos method into her own creative practice.

The workshop will take place on Zoom.
Joining instructions will be emailed to participants 24 hours before the event.
Some familiarity with Google Drive, Google Docs etc. would be helpful, but is not a requirement.
Places are limited to 25 participants per region

What to bring
Any materials shared with you prior to the workshop, such as the workbook. A notebook and pencil are always useful.
Space requirements
If possible, please try to have a small amount of space near to you for any practical work.
